Skillspoint is an initiative of NIFA INFOCOM PVT. LTD. A company with a rich experience of over 15 years. The parent company NIFA INFOCOM SERVICES PVT.LTD. has been in to diverse educational services since 1996. The company now has strong management team and an experience of operating in 15 states of India (Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Delhi & NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Assam,  Orissa, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh  & Gujarat ). Catering to the educational needs of different groups & segments, the company has attained a rich experience of the trade. 

While delivering quality education to the students it found tremendous scope of increasing skills of India. At present the capacity of skill employment in India is around 31 lac persons per year. The eleventh 5 year plan (2007-2012) envisions an increase in that capacity to 150 lac annually.India has target of creating 50 crore  skilled workers by year 2022. Thus, there is a need for increasing capacity and capability of skill development plan. Its not employment, rather “employability” the problem. While interacting with a few recruiters , we have realized a tremendous gap in the required skills and that attained by the students during their courses. So, there is a need to specific skills attainment than knowledge .
